From Padstow harbour out past Gun Point and Stepper Point to Harlyn Bay, passing sandy beaches and sea caves.

Terrain

The first mile (1.6 km), out to Gun Point, suits pushchairs and limited mobility; after that it is rugged.

Passes a dog-friendly beach and pubs. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
