Cawsand to Whitsand Bay

Round the Rame peninsula from sheltered Cawsand, past Rame Head and its chapel to the long sands of Whitsand Bay.

Terrain

Level to Rame Head, then steep descents and climbs on to Whitsand Bay.

Dogs

Passes dog-friendly pubs, and Whitsand Bay beach allows dogs all year. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
