Flat loop from Appledore round Northam Burrows, behind Westward Ho!'s pebble ridge at the mouth of the Taw-Torridge estuary.

Almost flat, with one gentle climb, some stiles and steps. Paths can be muddy or wet.

Passes a dog-friendly beach and pub. Keep dogs close near livestock and cliff edges.
