Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places

Rules added

  • No more than six dogs per person. No dogs in play areas. Put your dog on a lead if an officer asks. Pick up.
  • Dogs on a lead in Tonbridge Cemetery, St Peter's and St Paul's churchyards, Tonbridge Castle grounds, Tonbridge Moorings and car parks at Leybourne Lakes and Haysden country parks.
  • £100 fixed penalty.

From 1 April 2026.
