Harrow Council: dog rules

Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places

Rules added

Borough-wide: pick up and carry a bag; put your dog on a lead if an officer asks; no dogs where a council sign says no dogs.
No more than four dogs per person, unless you hold a council dog walker permit.
Bentley Priory Nature Reserve: dogs on a lead in Spring Meadow 1 April to 31 July and in Deer Path Corridor all year; no dogs in its ponds and streams.
