Flintshire County Council: dog rules
Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places
Rules added
- No dogs in enclosed play areas, on the playing area of marked pitches, or on school grounds. The land around pitches is fine.
- Put your dog on a lead when an officer asks, and in cemeteries.
- £75 fixed penalty.
Assistance dogs: most council dog orders and beach bans exempt assistance dogs, such as guide and hearing dogs. Check the source if you are unsure.
