Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places

Rules added

In all Brent parks, open spaces and cemeteries: no more than four dogs per person, and keep your dog under control.
Dogs on a lead where signed (such as walled gardens). No dogs where signed, such as playgrounds, tennis courts and games areas.
Pick up. £100 fixed penalty.

Parks order from January 2023 for three years.
