Armagh City, Banbridge & Craigavon Council: dog rules
Council-wide dog rules, beaches and named places
We've only partly added this council's dog rules. Check the source for the full order.
Partly added
- Pick up after your dog (fouling order from 2015).
- No dogs in the places listed in the council's 2017 dog exclusion order.
- Northern Ireland law: dogs must be on a lead in pedestrianised streets and anywhere livestock are present. Other lead and no-dog areas come from each council's dog control orders.
Exclusion order from 1 June 2017 covers listed lands, play parks and play areas.
Assistance dogs: most council dog orders and beach bans exempt assistance dogs, such as guide and hearing dogs. Check the source if you are unsure.
