Getting onto the beach

• A ramp over the sea wall onto the beach on the South Seafront, at the north end of Martello Park (opened 2022). Wide flood gates give level access to the promenade; some close October to Easter.
• Changing Places toilets at Crescent Road car park and Martello Park; other accessible toilets along the seafront (most need a RADAR key).
• Blue Badge bays in most seafront car parks, including Martello Park North (12), Ranelagh Road (10) and Crescent Road (9).
